FAQ
Yes, please do! We love supporting local schools and non-profit organizations who aim to have a positive impact on our neighbors. Each HomeState location has a monthly donation budget that is distributed on a first come, first served basis. Please submit your request on our Charitable Requests page here.
All of our restaurants are first-come, first-served. If you’d like to submit a partial or full buyout request for a private event or filming, please use the contact form below to submit your request. We appreciate at least 2 weeks advance notice.
While we'd love to be able to provide caloric information, it's not something we have quite yet. The FDA has set the requirement for "chain" restaurants with 20 or more locations to display the caloric value of their food. If you have questions about a particular menu item, please feel free to use the contact form below.
We exclusively use canola oil. We are peanut, tree nut and lard free. Wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy are present in our kitchen. If you have any more questions, feel free to contact us below or ask a team member when you’re ordering!
When ordered on a corn tortilla, most of our tacos are gluten-friendly. Our brisket (made with beer), flour tortillas, chocolate chip cookies, and cookie milk cold brew are not gluten-friendly. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, there is always a risk. Flour tortillas are a staple of our menu and as such there is flour in the air and on other cooking surfaces. If you have severe sensitivities to gluten (like celiacs) please let one of our team members know when ordering.
We absolutely do! Our team is happy to help you build an order that is a great fit for whatever you need. 2 days notice for orders is kindly requested. Please visit our Catering & Pre-Orders page here to get started!
With the exception of catering/pre-orders, no orders can be placed in advance.

Yes, dogs are welcome on our patio but per the health department, aren’t allowed to dine inside. We kindly ask that you keep your furry friend on a leash and clear of walkways.
We launched our Band Taco Program in 2015 to raise funds and awareness for non-profits doing important work in our communities. Each taco is developed alongside artists who we love and play in the restaurant. The tacos are available for a limited time and when they’re gone, they’re gone! If you’re an artist interested in creating your own Band Taco or a non-profit organization looking to partner with us in the future, please use the contact form below to reach out and learn more. Each partnership requires a few months of prep and our schedule is booked about 6 months in advance.
